By downloading or using the McHealthy app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: This App is for informational purposes only. The nutritional data and recipes generated by AI are estimates and may not be accurate. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before making significant dietary changes.

1. AI-Generated Content

The App uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analysis food and generate recipes. AI can make mistakes ("hallucinations"). Ingredients, quantities, and nutritional values may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying all information before consumption, especially if you have allergies.

2. App Usage & Quotas

Free Tier Limits: To prevent abuse, the App enforces a strict usage limit for non-subscribed users (e.g., 3 recipe generations per device). This limit is linked to your unique device installation identifier ("Install ID").
Quota Enforcement: Once your device reaches the limit, you must subscribe to a Pro plan to continue using generation features. This limit persists across account logins on the same device.
Prohibited Actions: You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass these usage limits.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro Membership: Subscriptions grant unlimited access to AI generation features.
Payment Processing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Pricing: Subscription prices and durations (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, Annual) are clearly displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region or currency.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of renewal will match the current subscription price.
Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
Cancellation & Refunds: We cannot process refunds directly; all refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google. Unused portions of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

4. Free Trial

If offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription automatically upon expiration unless canceled at least 24 hours prior. You will be charged for the selected plan period upon conversion.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (e.g., bypassing usage quotas).

6. Limitation of Liability

McHealthy is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health complications, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of the new Terms.
